HMV have changed the release date they have for CD from 5/3/07 to 2/4/07

This probably means nothing, and HMV probably know nothing - but who knows?!!

In the UK, it goes day, month, year - as opposed to the US.

So 2/4/07 in the UK is the same as 4/2/07 here.  :)

but 1 day they have to be right, assuming it ever comes out. and gnr arent too good at telling us bout tours before anyone else are they?

Maybe they are just guessing that the album won't be out in March, which makes sense. They will just keep pushing it back and back until they get something official. This means nothing.

Until I read the official release date publication on gunsnroses.com, I don't have any belief in this date or March 6th.

I think its pretty evident that March 6th wasn't really the actual date...just a date to sort of aim for, give or take 2/3 weeks. I think the date was given to pretty much throw a bone to the fans, just to keep them happy for a bit, which I'm totally fine with, as long as their intentions are to actually release the album, not just string along the fans.

I mean if I saw the date as "04/02/2007" and it was a new release date, I'd think, that must be an american date cuz that date has already gone.... bless that fools they can't help it!
