Title: Slash going to cameo on Sullee's rap album? Post by: Axl_GNR on February 08, 2007, 08:25:41 PM So I came across this today
http://www.myspace.com/sulleemusic This is some guy from the Vh1 White Rapper Show. In his About Me sections he says "He even enlisted the help of Slash from Guns N Roses for a cameo on the soon to be hit Rock Star, which offers sheer hip hop beats over an explosive rock guitar rhythm." Wow, Slash has really lost it!? and funny how everyone refers to him as Slash from Guns N' Roses....instead of Slash from Velvet Revolver. :hihi: Title: Re: Slash going to cameo on Sullee's rap album? Post by: Smoking Guns on February 08, 2007, 09:02:16 PM I wonder if it is like Rock Superstar by Cypress Hill? If so, that song Rocks!

When people think of Guns N' Roses they still think of Slash. It's only natural, really.
Collaborating with different artists to create new music is hardly a sign of "losing it", btw. Some people will dig it, others won't - that's music. When people think of Guns N' Roses they still think of Slash. It's only natural, really. Yeah, I agree completely. And that's not dissing any of the new guys either. I'd really like to see Robin, Richard and Bumble get some recognition they deserve, but they have to release an album to do that. Sounds simple doesn't it? hehehe Title: Re: Slash going to cameo on Sullee's rap album? Post by: PJ on February 09, 2007, 03:26:49 PM another part of the "patethic saga" of slash

You people make me laugh with your foolish comments. Like I said in a previous post he is Slash and his name and rep speak for themselves. He is exploring other areas and he CAN cause of his skill and talent. Some people just do not understand and decide to "hate" because cameos? What about Joe Perry in Nelly's video and track a few years back? Is Joe Perry pathetic now? Title: Re: Slash going to cameo on Sullee's rap album? Post by: AdZ on February 09, 2007, 06:44:37 PM Joe Perry's been pathetic for a pretty long time..

Slash is right on his trail :hihi:Title: Re: Slash going to cameo on Sullee's rap album? Post by: Dead Flower on February 09, 2007, 07:53:50 PM You can call Slash pathetic when he goes out and hires a bunch of musicians, calls 'em Guns N' Roses, and plays twenty year old songs every night.
No, actually, you can call him pathetic, washed-up and creatively bankrupt when that happens. : ok: Title: Re: Slash going to cameo on Sullee's rap album? Post by: metallex78 on February 09, 2007, 10:05:50 PM another part of the "patethic saga" of slash Well pathetic or not, he obviously still interests you enough to post a reply about him. : ok: I don't see how it's pathetic when he's just doing what he's always done - playing his style and collaborating with other artists. Title: Re: Slash going to cameo on Sullee's rap album? Post by: PJ on February 09, 2007, 10:22:06 PM ok
collaborate is not bad.. i f you collaborate with brian eno or bob dylan is GREAT... but if you collaborate with Paulina Rubio and some R&B shitty artist.. is PATHETIC and BAD... Title: Re: Slash going to cameo on Sullee's rap album? Post by: Locomotive98 on February 10, 2007, 07:38:07 AM another part of the "patethic saga" of slash Prancing around with 'ol' leatherface' Versace at fashion shows is obviously the route for the unpathetic to take..... Title: Re: Slash going to cameo on Sullee's rap album? Post by: PJ on February 10, 2007, 12:01:07 PM at least better than recording with paulina rubio...
Title: Re: Slash going to cameo on Sullee's rap album? Post by: oldgunsfan on February 10, 2007, 05:02:00 PM I'd love to hear Slash do a collaboration with Christina Aguilera ;D
Maybe he'll show up at Madison Square Garden march 23rd :o Title: Re: Slash going to cameo on Sullee's rap album? Post by: SlashRock on February 10, 2007, 05:29:46 PM Some people really are idiots on this forum. So Slash is collaborating with some rapper person, so what? For all you know it could actually rock a whole lot. Axl records himself rapping on 'My World' and apparently it's OK, but Slash collaborates with a rapper and "OH NO SELL OUT". Jeez.
