Title: Cover; November Rain Post by: 25 on February 06, 2007, 11:51:59 AM November Rain (http://brundlefly.musicboxlullabies.com/music/novemberrain.mp3)
I recorded this a while ago and didn't post it here because I'm not particularly enamoured with it (The music isn't very faithful to the original and not really my style but it was fun to do), but I'd like to hear your opinions nonetheless. Title: Re: Cover; November Rain Post by: Skeba on February 06, 2007, 12:45:35 PM It's done pretty well in the sense that the idea comes through quite nicely..
But style wise, I think it pretty much butchers the mood of song. Title: Re: Cover; November Rain Post by: ppbebe on February 10, 2007, 07:57:24 PM I like it.
25, I think you and voodoo should work together on a song or two for fun. Title: Re: Cover; November Rain Post by: Axlfreek on February 13, 2007, 10:59:38 AM I liked the begining of it while it was slow, then the drums kicked in and it killed for me.
Title: Re: Cover; November Rain Post by: greendog on February 19, 2007, 09:36:20 AM i like the idea of it, though it sounds like its pop-punk trying to disguise its self as another genre of music, which i cant fully decide on.
although you definatly have a good idea about what your doing, id recomend recording more real instruments, the drums sounded to much like the original cubase drum hits :P good work though dude :D Title: Re: Cover; November Rain Post by: IzzyDutch on February 19, 2007, 01:56:51 PM I expected some new metal shit (which I don't like), but I like it! 8)
