does anyone know how to convert audio that is in DTS 5.1 to regular CD or any other audio format. Pity DTS is not used more widely especially on music DVD's. Never tried converting it myself. This here may help http://dtsguide.de.vu/? : ok: Title: Re: DTS 5.1 conversion Post by: coldfan13 on February 08, 2007, 10:53:52 AM if your trying to burn it to cd theres a dvd audio converter that will just let you grab that info off a dvd and put it onto your pc/cd...but yes dts 5.1 is good...but to be honest...I hope some bands will take advantage of Blu-ray and HD DVD....I know NIN is doing it, but Id love to see more people do this...the new HD formats, will indeed give us lossless sound..especially if your using HDMI 1.3

I have them as a .wav files. They are playable only on VLC Player (VideoLAN). But when i convert it to any other audio format, or burn the files onto a cd or dvd, it doesnt work. (you can only hear noise) |
