A bootleg shirt is not endorsed or authorised by the band, it's merchandise partner or management and could be made by anyone. I make them myself (for my own use) now that you can get iron-on transfers for inkjet printers, yeah the quality aint great but nothing beats a custom shirt. One wash and the print will look like crap. Why do people insist on ripping people off, Ebay can be so dangerous. You are prob right, I didnt look into the pic too much other than it to be clear it wasnt 1986! 1989 is about right.
