Trent's mad because he's in love with Robin and he added something special on tour.  It is true though that he never utilized his talents in the studio, but I think he wanted Robin to write and record for The Fragile but he was under contract with GNR at the time only to have the contract end in time for him to tour with Trent.  As for the screen at the top if you look at the original pic you can see better some of those song titles are really there.  But no "Better" or "IRS"?  Cmon Trent them shitz rock!

We really don't know if this current reference is true or just people looking into nothing.

If it is true, we don't know Reznor's intentions. Axl is a huge NIN fan, sporting their shirts and having them open up for GN'R in the past. So we don't know if this is his way of showing support or mocking Axl. But whatever.

I don't know how Axl would react to a flame war w/Trent. Since Axl was (is?) such a huge NIN fan, I think he may feel very hurt if Reznor is trying to mock him. Personally, since NIN and GN'R are my two favorite bands, I hope this isn't the case.

Trent has not exactly said good things about Axl in the past-nothing earth shattering, but I just don't think he's a fan of Axl's music-he said in an interview Axl called him around 94 or 95 I think, Axl was talking about doing a solo record, but Trent was into his own thing-Axl is/was a huge NIN fan

It wouldn't surprise me if they were using the same studio to mix the album. Both bands are signed under the Universal umbrella so its possible.

If anyone else has read Marilyn Manson's autobiography, there's a bit in it where Manson goes to a U2 concert with Trent and is introduced to Axl backstage. It has always been my understanding that Axl and Trent have a mutual, professional admiration for each other. I remember reading interviews around the time of The Fragile and "Oh My God" with Trent speaking highly of GN'R and Robin's work with them. As I recall, he's also confirmed being approached by Axl to work together in the past, on the alleged solo album, although he was too busy with The Downward Spiral and then almost immediately Antichrist Superstar. But yeah, I don't think what we're looking at is any actual tracklisting. Maybe an old tracklisting from the late 90s sessions. They shared a guitarist, who knows what else Trent has been privy to. I take it like he's teasing Axl in a good natured, "Come and get it out, we want to hear it" sort of a way. If he was seriously attacking Axl, and we're finding this, and we're talking about Axl Rose, don't you think he'd have gotten wind of this and...being Axl Rose...already made his share of comments? It's fun, but it's not a revelation and it's not the start of a fight between the two frontmen. Besides, they're my two favorite bands, I'd never want to see that happen. Between any two bands in the world, a fight between GN'R and NIN is the last thing I want.

I love these random NIN pictures with supposed hidden "GNR" messages.  :hihi: They all make me laugh.

When you blow up this picture using Photoshop, the writing becomes too blurry to read. However, it is not distorted in the original photo, and I am pretty sure someone on here will be able to blow it up while still being readable. Then we'll know for sure what it says.

Search for PicTul it works some what , I can make out welcome back to the jungle VERY clearly , Prostitue is the first track ,  (In?) New world , Better looks like the next one not too sure , CITR the rest I can't make them out... Search for pictul and then resize it to about 2000 x 1000 or up , you can make some out. Even it is what the screen reads it's BS , Axl writing a song called WBTTJ , hahah NO.

ok, someone needs to interject some REALITY into the thread and it'll be me.

The images are digital images.  Made up of hundreds of thousands of pixels.  336,000 pixels in the large image and 81,000 pixels in the second image.

The reason that the text is so grainy and blocky in the second image is because it has been interpolated.   And using a simple algorithm most likely.

You can increase the resolution of an image through interpolation but you cannot restore data that was missing.   That's why the letters in the "enhanced" image look so crappy and unreadable.

There ARE things you can do, to try to recreate what the original text was, but I think they're beyond many of the people on this forum.  In fact I'd guarantee it.   The proof is in the responses.

If you think that you can enhance a digital image and restore data that was not originally captured then grab your "D" hat and stand in the corner with those that think that resampling a 128Kb/s MP3 to 320Kb/s will also restore the quality.

Trent has defently made suttle references to GNR.  I belong to the fan club members only form.  Same pic is up in there.  However the plury pic of what they say it says is not conclusive. 

As for the CSI stuff the main problem is the rendering time they show it happening instantly and any type of digital reconstruction that is of the quality they show on that show takes a lot longer then what they are showing.  Also I doubt that the labs have 60 inch plasmas for all the displays.  Not to mention the amount of continuity errors on that show.  The only good one is CSI Miami because they know it is cheese and they promote it unlike the other 2 that pretend to be serious and instead of the joke of the shows they really are.
