Title: Got a GnR DVD for Xmas.... but its empty! Post by: Groovie In VT on December 19, 2006, 01:07:22 AM Friend of mine got me UYI II dvd for Xmas and I got home and unwrapped the plastic and took off the security sticker and popped it open and it was EMPTY?? WTF?? I have had broken discs before but never missing ones. Anyone ever have this happen with theirs? or any other DVDs? I would guess I am stuck with it as I am sure the folks at Best Buy wouldn't believe my story and its not worth fighting over a $15 dvd.

Nah, they ought to do an exchange....it's not unheard of.....they should believe you....try it out, the worst they'll do is say, "Uh, no" but as long as you're exchanging for the same product, shouldn't be an issue. Post by: Bill 213 on December 19, 2006, 01:19:41 AM I've had that happen....The AC/DC double live cd....I got it and it didn't have either CD in it. I thought to myself "How in the hell am I going to take this back? They'll never believe me." But I guess it's not uncommon for factory thefts or fuck ups. My dad actually had a different problem. He bought a season of some TV show and it had 2 of the same discs in it.
