Title: Re: Whitesnake Post by: Markus Asraelius on February 26, 2005, 01:33:06 PM They are a great band. I can't find any of their studio albums but I did find their greatest hits and it's good. Here I Go Again is like my theme song.

And about Coverdale, well he?s pretty good, but he sounds (and looks) too much like Robert Plant.Take a look. (http://www.born-today.com/Today/pix/plant_r.jpg) (http://img.mtv3.fi/mn_kuvat/mtv3/viihde/henkilot_ja_yhtyeet/ulkomaalaiset/85188.jpg) Baby Slash// Title: Re: Whitesnake Post by: usurper on February 28, 2005, 11:44:23 AM I never liked them, I would rather listen to some Classic Megadeth or something
Title: Re: Whitesnake Post by: Lord Kayoss on February 28, 2005, 04:57:18 PM Good band. And I'd like to get my hands on that chick in their videos... Still!? That "chick" is a grandmother now. :hihi: Title: Re: Whitesnake Post by: Slashly on February 28, 2005, 09:31:37 PM Good band. And I'd like to get my hands on that chick in their videos... Still!?? That "chick" is a grandmother now. :hihi: (http://www.absolutecelebrities.com/i/mugshot/KitaenTawny.jpg) But, then again, LOOK WHAT SHE WAS YEARS AGO: (http://www.candidcritic.com/images/tawny.jpg) GOD! Baby Slash// Title: Re: Whitesnake Post by: disease51883 on February 28, 2005, 11:19:57 PM Well, that's not really a fair comparison. I'm pretty sure that's a mugshot from when she went crazy a couple years ago. If you look at a modern picture in which she's wearing makeup and whatnot, she looks fine by middle aged woman standards.
Title: Re: Whitesnake Post by: Walk on March 01, 2005, 04:56:46 PM Saints and Sinners is a great album. :)
Title: Re: Whitesnake Post by: Malcolm on May 29, 2005, 02:10:42 PM HMV Japan has revealed the track listing for WHITESNAKE's upcoming DVD, "The Rock & Roll, Rhythm & Blues Show", due in Japan on August 17. "The Rock & Roll, Rhythm & Blues Show" track listing: 01. Burn 02. Bad Boys 03. Love Ain't No Stranger 04. Ready An' Willing 05. Is This Love 06. Give Me All Your Love 07. Judgement Day 08. Snake Dance 09. Crying In the Rain 10. Ain't No Love 11. Don't Break My Heart Again 12. Fool For Your Loving 13. Here I Go Again 14. Take Me With You 15. Still of the Night WHITESNAKE frontman David Coverdale recently told Launch Radio Networks that "The Rock & Roll, Rhythm & Blues Show" was supposed to come out in time for the band's summer's U.S. tour, but it's been pushed back to later in the summer because the producer suffered a heart attack. "The guy who's been coordinating everything has just had a heart attack," Coverdale told Launch. "I said, 'Was it that good?' I'm gonna put on the, the thing a disclaimer for, 'WHITESNAKE are not responsible for speeding tickets or damage to home furnishings.' You know, evidently now, we're gonna have to be, 'or cardiac arrest!'" WHITESNAKE kicks off their summer tour on June 22 in Seattle, with dates scheduled through the end of July. Title: Re: Whitesnake Post by: SLCPUNK on May 29, 2005, 09:03:52 PM Ok I dont know if this has been posted before but I have been listening to Whitesnake a lot recently cant get enough of them any one else like these guys David has an amazing voice. All of Whitesnake is good imo. Title: Re: Whitesnake Post by: Sakib on May 30, 2005, 06:44:00 AM WHITESNAKE ROK!!!
Title: Re: Whitesnake Post by: Rob on June 01, 2005, 05:21:48 PM Yeah, they were a very good band. However, I saw them live a couple years back and they weren't that good. Coverdale has kinda lost his voice, and his band isn't that good anymore. Its pretty much all different guys from back in the 80's. The studio stuff still holds up though.
Title: Re: Whitesnake Post by: Sakib on June 02, 2005, 06:50:43 AM they r kinda cheesy
Title: Re: Whitesnake Post by: Spandex Angel on June 02, 2005, 06:50:12 PM i got their 'Early Years' cd an every song kicks ass...mostly

In The Still Of The Night" and greatest-hits album "The Definitive Collection". Following that, the band will play across Europe from the end of this month through the beginning of August. Which begs the question ? what about North America? WHITESNAKE leader David Coverdale told Launch he'd like to play here, but business is really booming across the Atlantic. "My European agent is cooking, man," he said. "And of course, the more this DVD is popping out, promoters who were perhaps shy of getting involved with WHITESNAKE are suddenly going, 'You know what? Let me give you shittloads of money!' So, you know, WHITESNAKE seems to be working an awful lot this year."
WHITESNAKE performed in Hiroshima Wednesday night (May 10). Title: Re: Whitesnake Post by: Jovie on May 13, 2006, 08:54:31 AM Whitesnake are the best live band ive ever seen man...they absolutly rock out to the max...goin over to London to see them on May 30th...cant fuckin wait...here i go again baby

Title: Re: Whitesnake Post by: 2112 on December 06, 2006, 12:54:51 PM Liking Whitesnake is for a Deep Purple fan almost like enjoying Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow

Title: Re: Whitesnake Post by: mrlee on May 13, 2007, 06:44:01 AM They were great up to 1983. i dont get why people dislike them at 1987 era, i think that albums really good, even if the videos are SUPER cheese. Title: Re: Whitesnake Post by: Izzy on May 13, 2007, 07:24:30 AM argh the cheese...i love hair metal, but Whitesnake just went too far - its like wall to wall ballads
every song title contains the word 'love'..... Title: Re: Whitesnake Post by: mrlee on May 13, 2007, 07:26:53 AM argh the cheese...i love hair metal, but Whitesnake just went too far - its like wall to wall ballads every song title contains the word 'love'.....
