Sometimes when there's multiple persons breaking the rules, I've forgotten to explain it. But then again, none of the offenders complained, they knew what they did...

So I can't say why since I don't know what this is about.....

There was one time in particular that I was following a thread and saw a mod give negative karma that was, in my opinion, completely uncalled for.

Tell us about this...time...

Which downtrodden wretch commands the attention of your altruistic eye?

I can't say...I wouldn't want to stir the pot. I wasn't involved, anyway. Just an observer.

And it's not relevant really. I'm asking more of a general question. I thought the point of the karma thread was to cut down on all the "why did I get negative karma?" threads, but if all the mods don't use it, how is it going to work?

I'm just saying, when it's not used consistently, it gives the appearance of unfairness.

You have a point.

What a woman...on a mission to institute positive change for the sake of those who can't fight for themselves...

Tell me though, if it's not relevant why allude to the incident?

And that creates irrelevancy?
