Title: Why would they sell this?? Post by: Loaded NightraiN on November 28, 2006, 08:10:06 PM I was at FYE the other weekend when I noticed a New "New GNR" item... It was a tin with tour dates on it... I got really excited, until I saw it was from 2002... It had all dates(even the shows that never happened)... So at first I thought it was old stock... But when I looked closer it had a copyright date of 2006!!!
So my question is, why would they sell something this year, that was such a disaster 4 years ago... I think it would make much more sense to have 2006 dates on it, to alert an unknowing fan.... I know its just probaly a money grab, but why 02?!? Sorry I dont have a pic... Title: Re: Why would they sell this?? I thought it was very weird indeed.

The one i saw was a sign or wall plaque (sorry can't spell) it was $7.99 plus tax if anyones interested. I didn't buy it as i thought whats the point for a cancelled tour!
