I agree that it's not an end to starvation and such. (Kind'a funny) :) But I don't think ChinDem will be "Just" a music cd. UYI wasn't "Just" a cd. It was epic, and I hope ChinDem will be too. I think that's where some of the anxiety and anticipation is coming from... the expectation that it WON'T be "Just" a music cd,

C'mon name another band or musician that even remotely gets to the level we're all at, Axl included. This is the band we all have been praticing for!!!

Being a GNR fan is, and has always been, a full body contact sport. With no padding. We all live for this stuff. All the good times and bad, all the drama and celebration, all the rants, get-in-the-rings, stagediving, pyro and so forth.

Yeah, I have a good decent job, an amazing girlfriend, a really nice apartment and a loving family.

To Axl, Beta, Merck, the band, especially Tommy (I'm an old diehard Mats fan): you guys have my absolute respect. Consider one copy sold on the release day.

I don't think ANY CD that I enjoy is "Just a CD"... "JUST MUSIC"??? Are you fucking nuts?  Music is one of the most important things in my life.

I agree and don?t agree. I mean, yes, it?s just a cd and people shouldn?t take things that personal. We are owed nothing. People act as if they were wandering through the desert and someone promises to bring water and then let them die of thirst. ::)

But on the other hand, this cd is not just one more. We all know Axl is a very perfectionist person and he?s making the music for himself.He wants to give the best of him and that?s why it might be taking so long to release. He?s not a " One-hit-artist", he could have released 10 crappy records and he hasn?t. So, give the guy the benefit of the doubt and if he said that CD is coming this year is because it?s true.
