Title: Question About Tickets... Let Me Explain Post by: randomconcepts on November 15, 2006, 04:59:38 PM I am going to Ames, Iowa to see guns. I along with three others bought our tickets on the presale day through gunsnroses.com. I have seen that people for this date and venue have recieved their tickets anywhere from 6-8th of this month... yet we have not seen ours... The gnr site at that time takes you to buy the tickets at tickets.com... (fine, never heard of them) anyway, we purchase the tickets and await diligently. Last week and a half my friends and I have tried to figure this out making calls and sending emails... just about everything but, going to Axl's house. We have recieved the following... called the venue which tickets.com says cause apparently they are the only ticket sellers that have no phones... (real smart) to get told we need to call someone else cause they are not a authorized seller through the Hilton Coliseum... they tell us to call gunsnroses.com or tickets.com or maybe ticketmaster.com. Next, send tickets.com a email... never got a response... (shotty business thus far) Note I am also in a predicament cause the world seems to be Out Ta Get Me cause ticketmaster.com is on gunsnroses.com's link to buy... assuming they are the people now. So you really cannot deal with them when you have been billed by tickets.com and recieved a bill from them and to your credit card. So we regroup call mlb.com ticket place they say they are not in charge of that. Then, call gunsnroses.com get a voicemail and we left one to yet hear a response... We are kinda at a stand off and I am about ready to go shooting... We have ran out of ideas what to so... we are on the bubble of two weeks... I dunno why we shouldn't be able to go. We bought the tickets... on presale we should be able to get our GA 90 some dollar tickets without hastle. We have been billed... does anyone know what to do? So if anyone with answers can help please do.
THANK YOU, CHRISTOPHER Moderators and Jarmo... PLEASE DO NOT DELETE OR REMOVE... UNTIL WE GET ANSWERS I BEG YOU... THANKS Title: Re: Question About Tickets... Let Me Explain Post by: randomconcepts on November 15, 2006, 05:09:29 PM thanks guys... yeah we could never find it... I only ever found a thing that stated to call the venue for the best results or something along those lines... not a direct quote... where did you find that... I looked for hours for a number... maybe I am a airhead or just too stressed about this to think in a sane capacity...
