Here Today... Gone To Hell!

So I ordered my tickets to the Quebec City show on Oct 27 and asked for them to be mailed to me here in the USA. The confirmation letter I got said it would take two weeks to mail them. Fine. I wait the two weeks.... no tickets. I wait a bit longer.... still no damn tickets. I have a secure mailbox with a lock so I know that no one is stealing my mail. I am getting nervous cuz I don't want to travel 6 hours to Canada where they don't speak much English ( or don't LIKE to I should say, seems they know it just fine) without any damn tickets.

So I called them today, after much time on hold and listening to them babble in French some woman comes on and tells me I have to go to my local police station and file a report that the tickets are stolen. Then bring that report to the Arena and go to the reservation window and show them the report and they will give me my tickets.  WTF, what kind of Mickey Mouse fucking operation do they got up there? FUCK I am pissed, 3 days before the show and I am out the cash on my credit card and got no fucking tickets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wanna Get In THe Ring with someone and kick their bitchy little ass!!!!!!

Have you ever heard of something so retarded?? I know the police are just going to laugh and say, how did they get stolen? FUCK BILLETECH!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know who Billetech is, since I live in Greece.

But, they're probably doing it just to make sure you're not trying to get 2 tickets instead of 1, or 4 instead of 2...

You can call the credit card company and contest the payment.  Just FYI.

If you want two tickets on the floor (general admission) I got two tickets up for sale...75$ each (face value of 82,50$) Two of my friends can't go to the show anymore so...And there's no more GA tickets available...

I think Billetech is just a Quebec version of Ticketmaster.

This really sucks though.? I have never read of such bad customer service.? I would keep calling until they guarantee you some tickets.? If you have a confirmation # I don't see why they can't just print new ones and cancel the old. :no:

Dunno about Canada, but they scan tickets in the US these days as you enter so you can't get away with pretending they were stolen. They
should be able  issue new tickets and invalidate the codes on the old ones I would think.

only two provinces out of 10 provinces speak french and even those two provinces have alot of english people there. So dont say Canadians dont like to speak english kind of a big generalization

I think that was ignorant. Your clearly american, you have to respect the fact that in Canada people either speak english or french, not always both.

If you have problems getting your tickets try PMing mysteron.  I recall an earlier thread where he said people could PM him if they didn't receive their tickets.  Otherwise, just have them put on will call at the box office : ok:

Dude...that's why I order my tickets off of Ticketmaster and print them out at my house or go to a local tickmaster broker and get them right there on the spot.  I never have and never will get my tickets mailed to me.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh there is a god!!!!!!!   They came in the mail today in the late afternoon!  Now I can sleep better knowing I am gonna be going up to rock out in Canada!!


PS, sorry to any Canadians I offended, I was just pissed, I am actually 1/2 Canadian ( hell my real name is Rejean, get more Canadian, I dare  ya) and I have many friends in Canada.
