Post by: zman on November 10, 2006, 10:33:40 AM This has ahppened to me where I accidently threw them away, call tickets.com ( the number to call will be on the confirmation email) and let them know you still have not received your tickets. They will then issue new ones where you can pick them up at the will call or they will email them to you so you can print them up on your own. :o

I don't know about Tickets.com, but Ticketmaster's come in a regular white envelope, and are unmarked. Very easily can be confused with junk mail. My girlfriend almost threw my GN'R tix out. Tickets were loose in the envelope, no special packaging.

It'll say "return service requested" on the envelope. Looks like junk mail.
