It first started in like 1997 with this new phenomenon that the 'Pacific Ocean warms up every 17 years or so" and creates? :nervous: crazy :nervous: weather patterns :nervous: :nervous: :nervous:... And our winter was supposed to be mad cold and summer wayyy hot... And guess what happened, nothing. Nada. Zilch. It snowed a little bit. Summer was a bit on the cool side.
