Right! HMV also scheduled the album for 2004/05 (can't remember exactly) and there was nothing...

Well I was in my local music store (not a corporate store) yesterday talking with the owner and he hinted towards a Nov. 21 date. He would not say if it was a single or the ?album but ?he did say that the album will come out before Christmas. I know it is all rumors right now but I do know the owner has a lot of connections in the music business. He does have a lot of credablity and do trust him but I really do not know for sure. ???? ???

We all would love to beleave in the rumors but i personally think it will not drop until next year.......but deep down inside i do hope I am wrong and it will drop this year. :-\ :-\

we've heard this date from Rolling Stone, Brave Words and now Metacritic... Talking Metal also hinted at it recently...

If it really is Nov 21st then that is excellent! But would that really happen? It would have no promotion, or single as there wouldnt be time. I'm still thinking 2007 unfortunately  :-\

just for the record, metacritic has had this release date since the RS article appeared and dissapeared.  so this isnt new news or anything

j/w if these sites are based on rumor, or actual fact?  I wouldn't get too excited until you see it pop up on amazon.com, or cdnow.com.  A site you can actually order "Chinese Democracy" from, unlike these sites.

The American Music Awards are also on November 21st.Perfect way to promote it.

They are playing in Canada that night.

MetaCritic also has Velvet Revolver scheduled for a 2006 release.... This isn't a source you go to for release date information.  It is a REVIEWS website,  the release dates on there have no meaning, they work with what people think of products that have been released.

There is less than 2 months left in the year and a chunk of that will be holidays, so don't stress over exact release dates and just let this thing play out.

I know exatly what you mean.  On one hand, I want this album in my hands as bad as the next fan!  And on the other hand, there is something that is almost therapeutic about checking on these sites after a long day of work, and the wife & kids...
