T-Shirts were $35 at Estero/Tampa shows.. and I think you can get the baseball jersey for $100 or something around there.

$40 for the babydolls.  Was gonna get my wife one until I saw the price.   :o  She's not a huge fan anyway.

$35-$40, as everyone else said. I had to debate buying a shirt during the opening acts, but I'm glad I decided to get one. They look great! (And I picked up a cool Tye-Dye shirt with all the new guys on it in the Parking Lot- Damn does it look great!)

So bummed. I diddnt get shit at the show I went to. Unfortunately all I saw in Jacksonville on the way in was that new chinese menu looking poster. I knew that would not last in good consition thru a concert. Was planning on getting a shirt after the show, but missed out. Looked like the vendors in the arena cleared out by the end of the show. Expected to see some street vendors, but there were none. GNR needs to sell the new merchandice somewhere other than the shows, maybe on the official site?

In other words, if you see someone selling shirts at a show & plan on getting one or more, buy them immediately!  : ok:

I don't think they had anything tie-dyed that was official in NJ.  I am guessing those are some kind of bootleg shirts although I would like to see it too.

I got a white female babydoll shirt, smallest size they had was medium and it doesn't have tour dates on it.  I hope they have some more stuff at MSG cause the one stand they had for the floor people at NJ was a freakin' madhouse.  I didn't even see the posters there.  Did anyone get a poster in NJ?

Not bad as far as bootleg shirts go, and certainly cheaper!

After the Philly show I got two long sleeve GNR 2002 tour shirts (they were exactly the same as the official ones, only on the back they had a picture of Axl from the VMA's above the tour dates).. extremely nice looking and this black dude was selling them for $5 on the subway. ?Hilarious because those same shirts were going for $25 in the parking lot before the show ?

It was funny because the dudes were trying to buy people's ticket stubs too so they could get the refund. ?They were like I'll trade you 5 shirts for the ticket stub...I was like uh dude, I paid these puppies on credit card...this ticket is useless to you...go with christ, bra.

the black shirt with the tour dates on back is $35 but they also had a huge flag just like it in jacksonville for $40 I was expecting a little more and I didn't see that bad ass poster.

Nice tye dye other than that.

That's REALLY cool for a bootleg shirt. I probably would have bought one too! At the Hunington WV concert my friends bought a bootleg shirt from some guy for 20 bucks. I thought about it but decided against it since I liked the official ones a lot better...

For the bootleg one it had:

That logo on the front and it said "Tour 2006" and on the back It had all of the dates and a picture of Axl from the VMAs 2002

Right after he sold one to my friends, one of the security guards caught him and he was arrested.  :hihi: I still saw a lot of those shirts inside the venue though... and I realized how cheaply made they were after my friend's was starting to fade away after the concert was over.  :P

Bandita, I got a poster at the show in NJ. I went in, and the merch vendor right there wouldn't sell me a poster, cause they weren't rolled up yet, (wtf?  ??? ) so I went upstairs and got one from the vendor there. And surprisingly enough it survived the whole night unscathed. I only bought one shirt. I am hoping  to get another at the MSG show. Did anyone see the flag? That was nice. And so was the denim jacket, and baseball jersey. But I don't have $125. Yeesh. The flag was $40 I think, I might pick that up too.

I didn't even know it was possible to go upstairs.  I didn't even see the posters downstairs at all but I had a lot to drink and it was really crowded down there near the merch stand.  I hope they have them at MSG!

IF the merch stands are positioned outside the lobby at MSG (right before you enter the various front doors)..then I'm going to get my merch early..and then go home to drop the gear off and then come back.? That is if they have it set up around say 5pm or so..

I figure this much..anything with tour dates on the back of the t shirt might not surface on the future GNR online merch store...(unless you're going to other show dates)....so might as well get what you can..

now I'm not too keen on holding gear throughout the night so I figure I will stick to getting merch early..go home and then come back..
Besides Axl will not start till sometime after 11:30...and it's a Friday night....

They were only selling the poster at 1 merch stand in the downstairs area of NJ, so you may not have been at the right one.

I thought all the merch was nice, altho everything was too much.  I probably would have paid 60 for the hoodie if it had dates or something on the back, but I'll just find it somewhere else since it was just the logo.

I did pick up a tour shirt (35 bucks) and the poster though (10).  I would have got the hat if it were fitted instead of adjustible..  I would have also got the blue Gn'R shirt with the 2 vertical guns and GNR in the middle, but they didn't have it in XL.  Oh well, I'll pick some more stuff up when the merch shop opens on gunsnroses.com.

They have a similar design (no red), on a black tee for guys.

I'm burnt out on black rock tees...  :-X

Why do the babydoll shirts cost more when they use so much less material?   ???   ::)

Why do the babydoll shirts cost more when they use so much less material?? ????? ?::)

I've wondered that myself. I know for a fact they lost ALOT of potential sales over this at the shows I was at.

Alot of people simply balked that a babydoll tee for a girl, cost more or equilvalent to a XXL men's tee.

That was kind of a rhetorical question...  Women's clothing is often overpriced...  And bikini bathing suits always seem to cost more than one-piece bathing suits...   ::)   :hihi:

They're probably priced higher because there is less of a demand for them than the regular T-shirts...

It's a catch-22 because if they were priced lower, more people would buy them...

Lol, I didn't get that it was rhetorical, because I have no idea what women's clothes usually run.

Thanks for the info.? :hihi:

It's really quite unfair...  You men can get a 3-pack of Hanes T-shirts for like $9.99, but we women are hard-pressed to find ONE basic T-shirt for that price.   :P

That's fuckin' crazy. I would think if it's the same fabric and the same process, it should be the same price. Plus if it's smaller, it should be less money. Whether it's men or women.
