The site of the Spanish alternative shop (clothes, music, etc.) 'TIPO' have announced Guns N'Roses will be in Spain (in Caceres exactly) again next 7th of April.

Now... if it's true (and I have no reason to think it's not true, since Tipo.es is a serious and 'trustable' site when they announce dates), I guess it means Guns N'Roses will come back to Europe as a part of the Chinese Democracy Tour, so... good news!!  :) .

GREAT, it's only natural to go back to europe now that they are on FIRE!

the us tour will be a great moment to release the disc and get the americas fired back up and we know europe wants more so to continue suporting the album in europe this spring would be just perfect.

I hope they come back to the UK, I'll actually have money next year! Unless something disastrous happens of course. Was so upset I missed them last time they toured.

Calm down...if they come to Caceres, they will surely stop in Barcelona this time around. Funny thing is, GNR will have played in two places,  El Ejido and Caceres, no one hardly ever plays.  :hihi:

I doubt Guns are gonna be back doing another European leg in the spring.

If anything i'd think they'd do a jaunt to South America. Why go back to Europe, who just got a tour, and neglect the fans in South America, who haven't seen a Guns tour since 1993?

January they are still going to be doing U.S. dates, most of the month.

Gotta make allowances for possible additional dates to the NA tour possibly into February.

March most likely they'll take a break from tour, before starting another leg.

I still would think it wouldn't make much sense to go back to Europe, at least until late summer/fall 2007. What about South America, or even some Asian dates?

I'm very confused Caceres is one of the samleest citys of Spain, for example Caceres live 150,000 and in Barcelona for example live 1.500.000 people and they don't played yet Barcelona.

There're more people in Barcelona..around 3 million.

This is not official by any means, so I'd not yet count on it. Tipo is a very credible source, but that doesn't make it official.

They may be playing Caceres so all the Portuguese fans can come too if they aren't planning to play in Lisbon. We'll see.

You're right, Barcelona is the second biggest city in Spain and it has the 80% of the population of its region called Catalonia.


Actually there's nothing against C?ceres nor the rest of Spain but it's surprising because the big bands normally play in Barcelona

This is so cool and makes perfect sense. I think GnR mentioned before that they plan a HUUUUUGE tour (comparable to the illusion ones) which might last between 1 and 2 years!

Good move to make people hot in Europe at the festivals and regain respect and confidence then head back for a full scale US Tour, release the album and then tour the whole world!

I really do think that we are closer to CD then we assume...

i'm with the legend on this one - i dont think it does make much sense. and for all the credibility of that site, i'd take it with a pinch of salt.

i would love to see gnr in europe again (i mean, who wouldnt want to see them as many times as possible?) but i do have to concede the fact there are other territories out there - not just to be exploited, but fans that deserve to see the band.
i find it more likely oceania and asia will be on the gameplan. and south america has a rich relationship with the gnr name. neither have been blessed with a gnr tour in a long, long time while europe has seen (relatively) plenty of gnr action these past 4 years.

Other than Rio III in 2001, South America has seen nothing since 1993. Even the 2002 tour had some China & Japan shows.

I hope GNR play Europe over the summer because I'm heading out there for a few weeks and would be nice to catch some shows.  :yes:

I'm in the UK but would be very happy with a Spanish date! I have lots of family dotted around Spain who complain we don't visit often enough....I could kill two birds with one stone!  ;)

Would love to see another Euro tour next year - not sure my bank manager would agree...but tough luck! Lol!
