Title: Axl mention in Springsteen On Tour book. Post by: Bill 213 on October 30, 2006, 06:50:51 PM Not sure if any of you have read this book or anything....it gives a very short Axl mention about the time he and Bruce sung Come Together at the Rock N Roll Hall Of Fame in 94. It was supposed to be Elton John and Rod Stewart doing the song together, but both had to cancel at the very last minute and Axl and Bruce stepped up without any rehearsal and busted it out. Thought that was pretty cool.
