Here Today... Gone To Hell!

I was listening to my favourite radio station yesterday an the dj Kristy Knight said she had a clip of a new guns song. She did'nt give the title all she said is when you here it you will say holy crap.I ended up missing it and I'm still kicking myself for it.My question to you all is did anyone else here it or know what song it was.I called the radio today and ask Kristy if she could play it for me she said she would but she never did.The radio station is called 97.7 htz fm.and the website is htzfm.com If anyone could help me with this I'm sure we would all appreciate it thanks. What city was it?

You know, I was listening to a radio station in Toronto after Rio 3 that played Madagascar as the last track of a 4 back-to-back Guns N' Roses songs... so it isn't entirely impossible that the station is playing a clip of a bootleg live song or a leaked track (maybe when they are discussing the GN'R show on the 17th)... but IF it was, it certainly isn't "new" to anyone here, so just ignore it.

I agree on the title of the thread.. I highly doubt "Kristy" has anything, but if she played a new song, it was probably one of the leaks, most likely Better..

Yea they've played maddy quite a bit....They also played IRS when it leaked... Not sure what she played this time tho  :-\

 I don't think it was one of the leaked songs because they were told to cease and decist or they would be sued that was back when the songs were first leaked.I wish I did'nt miss it.To answer the question of what city it was in. It was St. Catherines On. Please can somebody find something out that is concrete.

They are told to cease and desist even if it is a song that was previously leaked.

She would only have to remember a couple of words from the song for us to work out which it is.....

Ask her...

A more appropriate title would be,  GNR Unreleased demo song played on radio but I missed it.

I didn't hear it, but I'll bet he's telling the truth.  I'm originally from Buffalo, and that radio station has a GREAT reputation.  I think that's the first place I heard "Civil War," and when the Illusions were released, they played both albums in their entirety, without edit. 

I guess it was just ademo we have heard, but probably not the majority of people have heard before.

I don't think Better would gave her the reaction of "holy crap". It's a good tune but not "holy crap" status.

why doesn't someone call and ask the name of the track

they played IRS back in feb when it leaked but i haven't heard anything since :-\ i'd imagine it's better though from the HD thing :peace:

Hey people Bailyrose here.First I woul like to appologize for my thread title I did'nt want to give people a heart attack.I found out what the new song was yes indeed it was better but not the leaked one but the harly davidson comercial it sounds like it's a studio version and it sounded awsome anyone see or here it yet? thanks to all who tried to help with this thread. And once again I applogize for the thread title. Next time I will word my threads more carefully.

Yes it sounded like a studio version it definitely was'nt the leaked demo check out the harley comercial judge for yourself.

Yeah I've seen the ad. Have you contacted the DJ that played it and asked for any info and whether they will play it again?

I have'nt contacted her back because when I did here kristy replay the clip after she went on to say how axl has never  done this before.She was replying on how axl has never put a song in a comercial and saying no axl has not sold out.which is surprising to here krisy say since she's not really an axl fan.she also said the same stuff that's already out there the stuff that g n' r manager spoke of like the album will be out this year and there is 9 tuesdays left.plus the rumour of nov 21st so I felt there was no need to contact her p.s. I'm going to the Toroto show in 16 days can't wait anyone else on here going?

Yes Dave it was just the audio from the H D comercial but it sounds like a studio version of the song and it sounds cool.
