That lick coming out of Robin's last solo and continuing through the "naaa naaa naaa"'s is so catchy. ?I can't believe I never really heard it until they started playing it live and it stood out more. ?It is really drowned out on the demo but really shined in the commercial and your version here. ?

As with everyone here, if you'd ever have the time I'd love a tab of the song. ?I think I'm going to start plugging away at learning it so I can play it when it comes out as a single.

Yes, I recorded the rhythm and the lead guitar in two takes, and then recorded the voice (yeah, it sucks, I know, lol).

And for the record, I recorded this version before the H-D ad. People were saying that this is a new guitar work, but it was always there. Robin is a fucking genius ;)

hey man i just wanted to say i heard the acoustic version, it sounds awesome man, i love your accent as well, sounds like enrique englusias or whatever that guys name is, especially when you scream out "now i know you BETTER" at the end of the chorus.. not a bad thing, very unique. i thought my accent sounded a bit bad (i come from australia but i have middle eastern heritage so a bit of it is in there especially when i say particular words)

Tune your guitar down to D.

Almost all the chords has the #3 and #4 fingers in the third fret, like those ones:

The verse cames like (C-Em-G-Em)

In the bridge to the chorus, when Axl sings "All that I wanted was..." do it with C - G - D - A.

Chorus: Em - G - A, always in the same chord style. Then, before going to the regular verses again, play C - G - D - A, but finish it with a higher Em (I mean, the #1 finger in the 2nd fret on D string).

Bucket solo it's just G-G#-A.

Metal riff: (Em - D - A)2x - Em - G - A - D - Em (high). This last part is faster.

After Axl's yelling part, keep the finger like the examples and play this: C - B - A - G - A - B [(C-B)2x A - G - A]2x.

The rest of the song is the same. Hopefully you'll understand what I wrote.. :confused:

Well, I didn't use anything special, just my old Giannini (brazilian) Studant Series guitar (it was my first guitar! :D) with nylon strings tuned down to Db. I only used this one and recorded the overdubs later with Adobe Audition 2.0. :)
