I'm not exactly sure what you mean and I can't get that link to work.  But if the album is at 59, wouldn't that put it in the top 60 and not top 50?

That website gives updates on album sales for the week as they start to roll in, with 19.8% of the country's sales in, Greatest Hits is at 50 with 3,728.  The final chart doesn't come out until Tuesday, so they probably won't stay there.
