Does ticket master give refunds.If nashville gets moved,I cant go.Went through hell to plan this trip.So yeah I am crying.

unless it is totally cancelled, not really.

your only option at that point might be someone on this board, or ebay.

I believe people received e-mails from Ticketmaster about the Jacksonville gig that said that they could request a refund. I'm pretty sure that Ticketmaster would give a refund in this circumstance.

i was just going by what they say on the backs of the tickets, and other places where their rediculously strict refund policy is listed. if this is the case thats good for all those with tickets.

Yes, refunds can be made for cancellations and re-scheduled dates. I had Jacksonville tickets and called Ticketmaster for a refund. After they kept about $6 or $7 in fees, they will credit me back everything else. A big fuck you to Ticketmaster for keeping my money for a product that never happened.

I always say thats what I would do if I got f'd over.  Fortunately they have always showed in Minneapolis on their scheduled date.  I guess time will tell.

The Metrodome show in '92 was rescheduled.

I should said the 02 show....i was too young (according to my parents, and maybe they were right) to go to the shows back in 92.

No need to panic yet. There is still no indication that the Nashville show has been postponed. It is still up on GunsNRoses.com, on ticketmaster, and I havent recieved an email from Ticketmaster about the show yet. They seemed to have gotten the email out pretty quickly on the Jacksonville show. I would have thought that if it were so about the Nashville show too, that they would have sent emails out already. I hope anyway.

I am trying to stay positive and hoping that the reason GNR has postponed the Jacksonville and Nashville shows is because they're going to release a single, or even CD itself, and have scheduled live TV and radio appearances in major markets like NYC and LA that aren't close to FL and TN.

I am not sure what to do. I want to see them but thye have not set a date for the show in January so I am curious if it is just going to get ignored by the band or if they will actually play nashville in january. ???

I received my refund for the Nashville show yesterday. 

I assume they kept the customary "ticketmaster processing fee"?

Yes.  I may ask my credit card company to make an effort to return that money back.  That is totally bogus. 

I agree.? One of the biggest "scams" on the planet.? Ticketmaster makes their money no matter what happens to the event....which just makes no sense to me. 

the only time a show was canceled with me, i got all of my money back.  And it was ticketmaster themselves who called me to tell me.

Wow...they must have worked a deal out with the event organizer or band or something.

I've had shows cancelled on me before....they still stick me with the stinking processing fee.? I get full value of the tickets back, but never that fee.? It must vary by event...

I got a refund because I know in january I will not be able to to to nashvile I got back most of the money not all of it I think I lost $10 in the deal not to bad I will keep my unused tickets for keep sakes.
