For those who don't know Blabbermouth.net is basically the center of the heavy metal/hard rock community online. It gives news from Aerosmith to Black Metal bands and is a VERY popular site. Check out the huge ad on the very front page...

I used to go on the site just to read all the boobs who rip GNR.  Everytime a GNR thread is started, it seems to get most chatter over any other bands.  For a band those choads supposingly dont care about, they sure read up on them.  However, I was pissed when Blabbermouth only posted one review of Inland Invasion, and of course, it was the bad one.  Luckily a few GNR fans posted the real review in the comments section. So I don't think I will be going to that site again soon. 

They banned all the people who would bash every band, they cleaned house with it.

Saying Blabbermouth is the center of the hard rock community online is like saying Metal Sludge is a hub of intellectual debate and criticism. Neither could be further from the truth. Blabbermouth just happens to be run by a label that focuses on metal acts (i.e. Megadeth, Opeth, etc.). It's pseudo-journalism. I'm guessing they are in on that ad campaign because any time a GNR article shows up on Blabber it gets three times the response anything else usually does. But it's far from a center of the community.

I have been on these forums for years since 2000...Not on this one 2000 intensions but used this forum a lot in 2002. After the cancellation of last tour I lost interest thoguht axl blew it. Now since hes touring got his new site, album supposedly comming out, and comming to HALIFAX!! I am back as the band came back... Unfortunatly the place where I first heard about the new GNR (2000 intensions) is dead. I am now hear fulltime. whish is not a bad thing in 2002 it was about 50/50

Im happy here its my new home. I was like a stray cat. id always come here for updates after 02 but now im here for good. and my nephew recently came here. The activity on this site is great. topics get 100's of views in the span of minutes. Defantly the most active site i go on...and i go on Baseball forums, Blue jays Forums, Music Forums and Leaf forums.

i hate blabbermouth, the people there always seem to bash axl.  but the ad is cool just the same.

yeah blabbermouth sucks, I mean its got alot of good news, but the fans on there are arrogant pricks...If you check under any GNR story you will see me arguing with most them on a daily basis...

I've never been on mygnr forum before.  There is this "T-Bone" on blabbermouth and he is a gnr diehard, and he is always starting it with the haters. He is always posting something on every gNR news thread. He fancys posting the lyrics to coma quite often.
