Post by: CalgaryMuscle on October 01, 2006, 03:25:59 PM

I've been having a hell of time trying to order tix through tickets.com for the Calgary show! Been getting that same message over and over again that they can't process my order? Has anyone else from Canada ordered tickets from tickets.com and had sucsess both with these shows and past shows and events? Please let me know as I've got tix Edmonton, Everett, Portland but no CALGARY!! lol

did you try calling them or maybe calling the venue to see if there is a problem with it?

I don't really know, but I know I don't like tickets.com. Got my oakland tickets from them, and I misspelled my address twice(billing address is different from current address), so they had me resubmit my info 3 times because it didn't match my card, and they charged me each time. So at the moment my bank account is way overdrawn until they reverse the pending charges, and I literally don't even have a dollar to get me through until they take care of it. All they would tell me was "It normally takes a few days"

There is no number to call, so you can't talk to anyone. I'm going to call the venue ( Pengrowth Saddledome ) and see what the deal is. This tickets.com seems ver sketchy?

Dude I had the EXACT same problem. And when you refresh it says your tickets are no longer available. Do not sweat it at all, I was trying to get tickets for the Toronto show, no luck. I had the same problem, ended buying them off ebay.

I've got the number, had to go through my bank to get it, I'll go find it.

The calgary show is listed on ticketmaster.ca, try buying tickets through them.

Thanks Kitty that would be a huge help! Ticketmaster.ca doesn't have anything good left. Just stuff behind the stage.

Just got off the phone with Tickets.com. They claim that they aren't selling tickets for ANY Canadian dates! They claim no Canadain dates are on there system. I explained to them about the link from gunsnroses.com and they said it might be an online offer only, but still knew nothing of it. Any one else order tix for any of the Canadian dates and have luck?

I ordered my tickets yesterday morning for the Greensboro, NC show off tickets.com. Your supposed to be able to see your order but when I log in to see it it doesn't show it. I have the confirmation number but I'm worried that it didn't go through somehow or another. Tickets.com does seem a bit skectchy.

I tried to order through tickets.com first.  Got the error message everytime.

Went to ticketmaster and got great seats for edmonton, calgary and winnipeg.

Tickets.com is still offering floor seats for edmonton and calgary, now though.   But if you call ticketmaster, they say no way.

Oh well all shows will be a sell out in a week or so

I'm wondering who really is handling these tickets at Tickets.com as I asked about priority mailing like FedEx 3 day delivery which wasn't offered when I bought my tickets for MSG.  I got an email back mentioning they were only handling the pre sale and that ticket swere not being handled by them.

Which has me wondering...who's handling the tickets then?

I got the FedEx delivery as well. As long as I have the confirmation number I should get the tickets right? This whole thing has me worried...

Thing is I didn't get the Fed Ex offer when I bought my tickets for the MSG show..It was never offered on the delivery menu..just mail only. Their customer service  mentioned some venues and events this rule does not apply.? So I got to wonder about all this..who's actually handling the tickets (ticketmaster most likely) and when are my tickets going to get here.
