I doubt that would be true. Yesterday on Much on Demand(Canada's version of TRL, kinda). thney mentioend the Gn'r tour and the crwod gave out a huge roar. Mostly guys mind you. Granted these types of shows tell you when to applaud but I've been to a taping of a a show like this(MTV SELECT) and we've all seen them on tv and I can without a doubt say that the cheer was not encouraged by any producer. It was natural and sounded very honest in my opinion. TRL would be huge for Guns. Times have changed.

Safe bet: The 11/10 will sell out LIKETHAT. Thus, add some dates around it. I predict 2 more dates to be added around the MSG date. Ergo, that's why there's so much room between dates.

I sincerely doubt it has anything to do with humping some press time. If Axl goes on ANY show, I'm buying cheeseburgers for every HTGTH member.

At best I see a second MSG show on the 11th, anymore and they will have shows four days in a row.

back in time, when GNR did 3 nights at MSG, 9, 10th and 13th, it was only 1 show the 9th that was origional sheduled. the 2 other dates were added after!

They might be able to do more than one night at MSG after CD has been out for a bit. Remember, this concert wil have seats OPEN behind the stage and people on the floor, thats pushing MSG over 20k people for the show. Thats a shitload for a rock concert these days.

Yea but if you look at the calendar for MSG there is nowhere to really add dates close to this one.

If you want promotion get it by doing radio interviews and press releases, GNR should have nothing to do with MTV

Second that. They need to get Axl and Finck in to a radio station telling stuff about CD and the tour. And of course they could finally tell people that Slash is not in the band.
