Because the stream was low quality to begin with...

It's an asf file, windows audio/video.? I have no idea how some people got a larger file.? I checked the stats on the actual stream while it was running and I was using the HQ link and it was still fairly a low quality transmission.? So no matter what it looks like a webcast.

That being said, it still looks great for what it is.  Definitely grab it-

will it play in media player? I'm at a loss, downloading it now anyway

I think this version was the lower quality stream... I'm pretty sure my stream was better quality last night... Unfortunately WMrecorder wouldn't work...

yeah I didn't have a lot of time, I got home, show was about to start and I downloaded the first capture software I could find.  I only had one link for the webcast.. Then I had to go to bed since I had to be at work at 5am this morning.  So, I couldn't fool around and find a better link.  Hopefully I can prepare better for the next show.  :beer:

Actually this is the higher quality stream. Not great quality, but this is what was streamed last night.

I used the HQ link to download and got the same file size as you and mine looks fine. ?I would assume yours looks much the same. :peace:

Yes just rename it to .wma wmp will not allow you to move the asf file cuase in actuality your not spose to download them.
