Title: Thinking about selling some of my band/concert shirts [UPDATED WITH PICTURES]
Post by: BurningHills on September 03, 2006, 01:49:05 PM
Some GN'R, some Aerosmith, and some other miscellaneous bands..they're all in pretty damn good condition - any interest?

do you have any from this year? I'm looking for this one from Hammerstein, had a buncha dates and stuff on the back.

I'll look around and if I can find a logo I'll show the front of the shirt..

**edit**
found it!

and if I'm not mistaken, it had the Euro dates along with Hammerstein ones on the back..

Really?  I never seen any shirts that had any dates except the NY dates.  I was only there the first 2 nights so maybe the brought them out for the last 2 nights.  Course I had a few to drink, so I may not be remembering them right.

No, unfortunately, I can't part with my two Hammerstein shirts. I need to go through my collection when I get home and see what I'm selling.

I'd like to see the shirts, please. I might like some.

Also, would you be willing to trade DVD/CDR for shirts?

Alright: The one with the skull and guns crossed isn't official, but I think it looks damn cool. There's no image on the back though. The one with the new logo in the upper right corner is one of the shirts sold from the 01.01.01 Vegas gig.

The Black Label shirt is a L, the others are XL. PM me with how much you're willing to pay if you're interested.

Whats the lowest you'll go on that Vegas shirt? Also, would you be willing to trade for it?

GNR doesn't make tour shirts with this logo anymore.  There was one at Hammerstein which was somewhat similar to this but not this.  This shirt logo is just a mass reproduction now with just this logo on the front.  I have it in a girly T.

The Hammerstein date T's and the European ones are separate, I don't think any official merchandise exists with both sets of dates.

Bumping the original post - still have most of these for sale. I have the Live Era shirt on hold for someone though. I also have a few Aerosmith shirts which aren't pictured here.

All money from the shirts goes to the "Help BurningHills Blow All Of His Money At MSG Fund"

You don't need to send cash just because I can't accept PayPal - just use an international money order.  : ok:

Yeah, I'll mention it again if anyone might be interested - I don't/can't accept PayPal - so if you're interested, you'll need to send well hidden cash or a money order/international money order.

Ah I see.
In that case I won't consider it. International Money Orders are pointless. They charge you a ?12 fee to use the money order  (so it's only ideal for very high value items)
