Wow, that's kinda jumping the gun a bit isn't it?

I hope they do well, but judging by the original Supernova material I've heard, I don't think they'll be that successful. It's ok, nothing groundbreaking. And the contestants competing to front the band aren't anything special either.

I honestly haven't watched a single second of the TV show or heard a single note of their music, how close are they to choosing a singer?

After hearing the two originals they've "rocked" so far, I am completely underwhelmed.  It's not anything I'd listen to on the radio, let alone pay to see live.  Just my opinion, of course, but the music, lyrics, and melodies seem mediocre at best...I think these guys are capable of far better.

They're two weeks away from choosing a singer at this point, I believe.

The whole thing reeks of gayness......

thats what happens when Gilby is most likely your lead songwriter. The songs are pretty good but nothing great. The rhythm section of tommy & jason is ace though! The show is entertaining. Should be interesting to see what the singer adds to the mix

Definately not...  They are playing the DCU center.. That should be about 1/10 full.

they make it seem like this awesome world tour, but so few US dates. This reeks of get on the road, make some $$ of an album, and then return to the usual stuff

I have to agree with you on this one. Where will that leave Lukas? Poor guy thinks he has a future with this band.

No dates near me and no plans of traveling to see them. I'll wait for song bytes before I decide to buy the CD or not.

The only thing that would make those shows worth going to (other than Gilby and Jason of course), I believe will be The Panic Channel as opening act.  Dave Navarro's amazing.

He didn't. :P
Since being in Metallica he's been a member of Voivod and Ozzy Osbourne's band.
