Title: Suggestion for West Coast shows! Post by: Minneapolisnewsman on August 21, 2006, 09:41:52 PM I really think, that issuing some sort of multiple ticket package would be very cool! Whereas one could buy tickets to two shows, at two different locations for a discount, three shows for an additional discount, etc. The Dead by encouraging fans to travel for periods to watch multiple shows, really solidified their fan base and developed an incredible live following that propelled them to four decades of stardom, which still lives on today. With tickets considerably higher, in per capita terms compared to the 70's and 80's, some sort of "Fan" discount could really boost ticket sales, and solidify the fanbase for the long haul! Just my two cents : ok:

Post by: fear the juggalo on August 22, 2006, 05:31:14 PM when they were gonna play in 2002 at the great western forum, that show didnt sell for shit. the had 2nd night booked there & had to cancel that because the first show sold so poorly. & we all know what happened to that tour. i hope history does not repeat itself!!!
