I feel so bad for the Jets.  1st off, Curtis Martin seems to be in need of a motorized Rascal electric wheelchair,  2nd, Pennington's got a bum arm, and 3rd, they trade for Lee Suggs to get another running back...and he fails the physical!, and 4th, what does that do for Cedric Houston's confidence going into the season as a possible #1 runner???

Ugh, they have it worse than my team the Vikings!

As a Browns fan, I'd give you guys Suggs for free.  Our RB situation is looking great for the first time in about 20 years.

As for the Jets ending up in the Super Bowl, I could most definitely see it happening.

Yeah, that was a good game on Sunday bro......I am a Jets fan but the Pats are always SO good....very well coached and Brady is the best QB in the league......I still wanna beat the fuck outta them in New England later on in the year.....we'll see what happens...... :peace:

We'll see what happens.....Buffalo's defense is really tough....They match up well with their running game to.....but don't be surprised if Loseman throws 3 INT'S.....It will be a good game either way.

ZERO......Buffalo is being VERY safe with him...which is smart....but the Jets defense has 4...and JP might get confused with Mangini's sceme.....then again, JP might throw 3 td's as well.....it is going to be a very physical game. We'll see what happens......

Losman played a good game, but our aggresive defense failed. Pennington played well, but it's the O-line that deserves the credit.

If you want to win the division and make he playoffs, Jets have to be able to beat one of those two teams.

I agree but I am not expecting a playoff berth.....This is the first time in my lifetime that the Jets are honestly rebuilding. I want to see progress with this young team.....I would love it if they did make the playoffs but I don't expect them to.

Tough loss......incredible game.......That 4th down play was a HUGE mistake and was a bad decision to begin with.....

I'm not a jets fan by any means, but I liked the call. When your playing the colts you need points, lots of points because the colts are gonna score. Maybe a bad play call, but not a bad call. They were on the 3 yard line, and you pin the colts deep if your stopped. The interception was the worst possible thing that could happen. Plus if they got it, everybody would be praising them for going for it.  :smoking:

Thing is, everybody knew that they were gonna pass it....they should have passed it once on the first 3 downs....Play-action pass inside the 5 yard line is MONEY unless it is 4th down...That is a rule of thumb unless you have a dominant running game that will get a TD no matter what...btw, notice that they lost by 3 points?....hmmmmm

wow , first I looked at this thread, I ahve to sayu, Ive been a long time Jet fan, since birth, born into the green gang, been goin to games since as young as five, my dad holds 6 season tix. AS far as now I cant say they have been doin to badly, last week was a heartbreaker, but they played a great game against peyton, and the colts. Im interewsting in seeing how this week , today goes!

That means nothing. If they kicked the field goal, every single play after that point would have been different. Field position and subsequent play calls based on that field position would have all been changed.

It was the right play call, I feel, just poor execution. I would have prefered Pennington threw it away than force it in to coverage when he never had the strongest arm to begin with.

I'm liking the new attitude that the Jets are showing this year. Their is an attitude about them, that they are never out of a game. As recently as last year they would have rolled over and died in a game like last weeks.
