Here Today... Gone To Hell!

i was wondering why Axl is still in the Uk and does anyone know of a big music event coming up where Axl might be a guest artist with another band or maybe an awards thingy givin out or recievin an award i just find it strange he is still here in the UK thats all. (unless he has already gone)

Considering whether he should buy a house there, um in Hampstead, instead of in NYC? (a likely story)

I think he just likes the city...always has...same as we saw him partying it up all over NYC during and after the Hammerstein gigs...

A guest app is possible but I meant more just as a fan and spectator really. It's unlikely he'd have a hard job not being pestered to death but it's possible I suppose.

Hence "a likely story". however it was reported that axl was moving to NYC.

Actually he stated himself he was intending to move to NYC at one of the Hammerstein shows I was at, it was either the 14th or 17th I forget which one...Not that it is fact that he will do so even if he said it.  Right now I just think he is having a good time before the next tour starts up, that's all....

Whatever happened to the Golden Hammer awards?  You know, the one with Slash and James Hetfield.....

If he's in London still then I guess he isn't mixing CD...

Unless they're doing work in England, or he's flying around, of course.

the footy season starts this weekend coming. freddies partying will have been curtailed sharply recently so i'd expect him to be heading back to the US soon if not already - whats the dating of that ljungberg story?
(of course, im sure axl could find more friends than just freddie ljungberg to party with - michael barrymore or angus deayton probably aren't too busy).

but yea, he's probably just having a good time rather than any specific reason for sticking there.

never been to NYC but I hear it's very hot in summer and very cold in winter.
I'm sure london is much cooler than NYC now.

The Golden Gods were on June 13th.  As I said in my posts at the time, there were no plans for either Axl or Slash to be there, and neither of them were there.

I don't think he was actually referring to the actual weather patterns with that comment but we have had our share of heat waves here in NY recently but since I am a NYer born and bred I think we are the coolest of course 8)

aahh alert people i think he has a place there.that he bought allready.i herd something awhile ago about that.he was seen buying cd's at a record store in london while holding a set of  many keys.it was some time ago though i herd that.well he left his keys in the record store and came back for them.while purcesing cd's.very good one's at that too.a stalker no but have been accused lol. just going by what i herd thats all.

Maybe Axl has become addicted to bangers and mash.  Axl really needs to ring up the Gallaghers for a night of debauchery. Axl and Liam could argue over who's got the biggest ego.

Why not stay in London for a bit, like he did in New York?! Just as good as good for a party as anywhere else (better in my opinion than NY), just let him get on with it!

The UK is a great place to hang out. I guess Axl will return to the US when the US leg of the Gn'R tour kicks off. I wonder if Axl is hanging around the UK as he has plans to do afew television apperances?

One thing is for sure, CD is either finished and in the can or Axl is simply taking time out  :peace:

I hope he's not going to be en route in the air and miss his time for the first show.
