Except with the White Stripes - they send them out in special vinyl edition with alternate packaging I read once. It was still nothing fancy, but it was like a cardboard slip and a little better than just a clear cd case...

There are 5 different promo 5" of Oh my god : american, canadian, european, spanish and japanese. And they all look different.
