I don't see the problem.

If we were to judge them purely on their vocal skills, Mike Patton would win hands down. I think even the most die-hard RHCP fan would admit that.

Now if you happen to like RHCP's music more than FNM, Bungle, etc, I guess that's fair enough. Personally I'd take Patton's catalogue of work over Kiedis' every day of the week. More interesting and certainly more diverse.

Everyone's entitled to their opinion, we don't need to get upset because someone has difference of opinion.? Mike Patton has every right to say what he wants. we have no reason to get upset about it.

I happen to love his work.? His work rate is second to none, The Fantomas and Tomahawk, Patton vs the executioners ect ect.? ?All imo top quality.? Some of it is very avante garde and not everyone will like it or get it, but that's ok.? That's just the way it goes.

I love the chilis too. I think the last album's not quite as good as the last couple of albums they've released, but its still very good. Awsome band.
