pizza it can be all the food groups in one.with meat or veggies on top.doesn't matter.even a garbage pie with everything on it.

my fav is chinese horse wings
1/2  bottle of soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
garlic powder little sprinkle
ceyanne pepper little srinkle


bake in oven 400 degree's for one hr
marinating chicken first in sauce
bake covered then take lid off the last? 15 mins or so.
drain sauce from chicken cooking a bit longer.to make them even brown color.

i cheated on my diet last night.i had a cheese steak with fried onions.and mayo an kectcup.bad me bad me.and it was late at night worse time to eat that stuff.

Either Prime Rib or NY Strip Steak. Best restaurant IMO = Outback Steakhouse.

yeah it's good to cheat on diets once in awhile.it makes it all worth it in the long run.not being as cranky lol.

Pho Tai Nam (Vietnamese beef and noodle soup with well-done flank and rare steak), pad thai with chicken and shrimp, sushi (Philly rolls, New York rolls, mackerel, bass, clam, salmon, tuna, and shrimp are my favorites), grilled anything (burgers, hot dogs, veggies, and pork on charcoal, chicken and steaks on propane), and burritos (with chicken, black beans, cheese, rice, sour cream, black olives, pickled jalapenos, chopped habaneros, guacamole, and chipotle salsa).

Vietnamese food as a whole is my favorite, followed closely by Mexican and sushi.
