Here Today... Gone To Hell!

Some people who attented the Helsinki shows are saying that they had seen some other guitarists behind the stage really playing the songs, and that the bands real guitarists Finck, Bumble and Fortus were just pretending to play.? I know it's a bold claim and it sounds crazy but can it be true??

Of course not. In person it is obvious they are playing  ::)

HAHA. Those are guitar techs tuning the guitars getting them ready for finck etc.  :rofl:

that is prolly the most ridiculous thing I've heard yet..he prolly saw the techs tuning or somthing :hihi: (brownstonemr beat me :P )
 
man all the players are virtual unknowns anyway what is the point in having even bigger unknowns playing the songs?

It does sound kinda stupid to have somebody else playing the songs. Why would Bumble or Finck even be in the band if there would be somebody else playing all the time?  And why would the supposedly unknown player play somewhere behind the stage so that he wouldn't be seen?

It ain't true that's why, no one is going to believe this.

I heard a rumor like this before..it was about iron maiden. I think just the idea of having someone pretending to be a good guitar player when the truth is that there is someone noone knows that actually is brilliant and doenst want to be known is so ridiculous...i cant believe any of you would fall for this

I wasn't going to say anything about this, since it would shatter our perception of GNR, but I've been told by "sources close to the situation" that Dizzy is playing Pittman's parts and that Pittman is playing Dizzy's parts. It seems they can't handle their own, so they're covering for each other.

Personally, I'm not sure I can ever look at those two hacks the same ever again.  :crying:
