I wouldn't say 'all indicates that cd is coming in September'. We can certainly speculate some sort of press releases / blahzayblah between the end of the current Euro tour dates and Inland Invasion.

I'm hoping against hope that we do hear something in that time window. But then again, who knows?

I say it's coming out in November (late fall, right?).

Hope we hear something by the end of next month.

Maybe it'll just drop without a press release from the band. It will probably be noticed anyways.

For the first time in a long time, I am still optimistic that this thing will finally come out. Axl has been out and about for quite some time and is still doin' fine (with a couple of minor skirmishes along the way).

I do think it will be pushed back to November, and an announcement will be made in September (perhaps in August). I really hope it comes out this year, and a September release is still very possible (if Axl okays it).

I dont think were gonna hear anything till late august.. but thats just me.

if it's really coming out in september the press release the official press release with official release date for the cd should be this month!

My guess is that there is absolutely no way it will be out in September. There would be a single out already or an announcement of a single at the very least.

My guess would be December. November at the earliest. Press release would be in September, Single in late October early November.

They are crazy to tour the US without an album. But they will. Again.

Who cares about the trolls, there is no reason to believe the album won't come out this year. We've gotten 4 leaks, about 30 shows, press releases from the band regarding incidents, various members of the band mailing forum board members stating the album is coming out, the train is rolling full speed ahead, nothing anyone can do will stop it now. Axl's got his swagger back, he's going to crush the naysayers like ants.  : ok:

There's really not.? They've done nothing in North America except for the small shows in NY before they left for Europe.? People in North America aren't on the edge of their seats waiting for its release.? Hell, Axl is not even pimping it from the stage.? There's very little that would change if it were not released this year, and Axl probably knows that best.

I expected a press release before the NY gigs. Didn't happen. I expected a press release before RIR, didn't happen. Now I expect a press release somewhere between the European and the American tour. Hope it happens.... :)

I strongly believe the record will be out somewhere around november, no I don't have any sources of any kind supporting this.
It just seems like a fairly reasonable month, but then again you never know.

I would guess after the European tour finishes, hopefully before the show in California in Sept

I'd say, in my opinion, that the earliest time a press release would come about would be late July while the latest would be early September.

CD is set to come out, the lawsuits with the ex members delay it due to their part ownership of the name, The album cant be released under the gnr name. Sure, Axl owns the name but as long as ex members take axl to court over some hastily signed contract years ago it cant happen,

 I say that is why the leaks happened right before the tour, Axl did it because it is the only way he could (at that time) get the music to the fans. Its Slash and duffs fault CD is not out yet, Too many legal loopholes,
We heard what axl said at rir in 2002, that alot of people tried to make him not be there. AKA slash and duff.

There is way more to it than music, once lawyers get involved the only way to get your product to the fans is to give it away and pretend it wasnt you who gave it away.

Id bet my life on it that CD is done and the leaked tracks are not even on it.

the counterclaim was on the second lawsuit about royalty checks.....we do not know if it has been dismissed or not.  : ok: However, it will not stop the release of the album.

I thought it was against both.

Anyways we all know that the first and main one was dismissed after the announcement for the counterclaim.
