He wasn't charged with a crime, so there wouldn't be a mugshot.

I've said it before and I'll say it again - soooo glad this didn't happen in the U.S.  There'd be so much more heat and probably some video footage floating around.  No mugshot please!

Are you sure? If he wasn't charged, than how could they have fined him?  Anyway, I think they take your mugshot for everyone who's arrested because they have to get them in the system.  But I don't know how different it is in Sweden.

When is that latest mug shot from on that website? I see the other mugshot is from 1992 but the other one doesn't have a date on it.

It would make for a killer t-shirt.  :P

It's from Axl's arrest in the '98 or '99 when he was arrested at an Arizona airport.  The Smoking Gun has the information and arrest report from the Arizona incident.

He was fined for the damage he caused to the hotel. for an antique mirror, a vase, etc
