The rule is there so we know that the people are true gnr fans.? Unlike a place like DIME where anyone can grab an account, download the shows and then turn around and sell them.? If you are new to the forums of course there is going to be some suspicion if your first couple posts include something along the lines of "I want an account" And it's not hard to get 60 posts if you are a true gnr fan IMO.? As there is always something to talk about!? Anyways, do a search at DIME that's where I uploaded it after I made the DVD in the first place.
