Here Today... Gone To Hell!

So I came home from work today, and I walk into my side of the apartment (I have my own bedroom and share a bathroom on one side).? And there's this chick I've never even fucking met standing buttass naked infront of my mirror, with her clothes thrown in my sink and her boyfriend in the shower.? I walk back out into the living room (which I share with 3 other roommates) and see this guy's boxers on the couch with a fucking used condom!? ?:o? That side of the couch was all slimy and wet and shit... And they'd apparently used my towels and bath stuff too!...? And this girl had just taken over my old roommate's lease and moved in.? She brought her stuff, fucked her boyfriend on the goddamn couch in the fucking living room, then showered with my shit.? When my other roommate came home she realized that they'd also been fucking around in her bedroom, too.? She was really embarrassed and apologetic, but I was so fucking pissed...?

How do other people deal with this shit from roomies??? I really don't know what I'm going to do if this is a regular sort of thing.? I mean, I could have come in alittle later and just sat down on the couch.? And she didn't even offer to clean his shit off the couch!...? I don't mean to be a bitch about things... and I gotta fucking live with this girl for 6 months!!?? ?:crying:

I know this isn't going to help you, but the thing is: Don't stay with other people! (Unless u have known them for a long time...) I had to put up with all sorts of crappy roommates in college, so much so, that I decided to move out on my own when I got a job and that's one decision I'll never regret.

Come home from work and relax in peace and quiet, everything is exactly where u put it and no cleaning up after anybody. Move out if u can afford it.  : ok:

Put your foot down right now!!!  Let her know this will not be tolerated.  Okay she's sharing but not your stuff.  Tell her if she wants to bonk her fella on the couch put a sheet or something on it first.  Any 'mess' she cleans it up.  Let her know from the start that you want to get on with her but your not going to put up with the crap.

I couldn't fathom living with a roomate again.  My best friend and I lived together for a year and a half and it was great until he got a steady gf and she moved in.  I hated the fact that she just moved herself in and it kinda put a damper on that situation.  I was happy for him and all, but it's very disrespectful to move her right in without discussing it and then she's there 24/7.  I come home from work and there's this chick who I didn't get along with because she was whiney and she's plopped on my recliner and watching my TV everyday because she doesn't have a job.  I bring a girl I'm seeing home and have to explain why there's this lazy lump of crap loitering in my living room.  It was fucking hilarious too, she wouldn't clean or anything, she literally just sat around all day watching Judge Judy and shit.  His own personal Peg Bundy.  I kicked them both out after about a month.  I'm too old for a roomy now though.
With the sex shit, I wouldn't have dare let someone disrespect my property like that.  That chick would have been out.

I'd go over the terms of the lease if you want to get this girl out of the house.  She didn't clean up her mess on the couch... you tell her to clean up, no excuses.  You can't pussyfoot around with someone who's already shown how disrespectful she is to the other people she's living with.
I had two roommates in college that I didn't get along with (freshman and sophomore years).  my freshman year roommate was a tree-hugging, granola eating vegan hippy who constantly got in my face about eating meat.  Granted me had other issues, such as I didn't want to have sex with her (girl-girl action's never been my thing).  My sophomore year roommate was a selfish bitch who used to wake me up in the middle of the night EVERY night by going to the kitchen to eat, would talk on the phone, use her hair dryer or any other loud appliance while I was trying to sleep.  She would eat my food, borrow my CDs and scratch them up, she'd talk to my boyfriend on the phone when he called for me, and a few hundred other things that made me hate her.  That year I stayed with my boyfriend at his frat house as much as I could so I could get away from her.  Unfortunately, I just had to take it since it was college and I had no where else to live. 
You have to be diplomat without becoming a doormat.
