Here Today... Gone To Hell!

Slash, along with his wife Perla and two young children London and Cash, received the ROCK ANGEL award from Los Angeles - based children music program Hollywood Rock Academy in recognition of his assistance with their inner city music charity program.
After accepting his award, Slash played on a blistering version of Velvet Revolver's "Slither" with graduating HRA band PRIVATE WASABI, average age 12.
Graduating HRA bands included: PRIVATE WASABI, CHICKS ON FIRE, FORGOTTEN ROYALTY, CELLBLOCK 9, SECONDS TO A LIFETIME, NOT SITTING PRETTY and CROSSFYRE. The show began with a very special performance of "I Am the Walrus" and "Comfortably Numb" that combined HRA band students with young symphony orchestra students.
Proceeds raised at the concert went back into the Hollywood Rock Academy Foundation.

Finally slash and perla have been seen together in public again....

Not only have Slash and Perla been seen again together in public, we finally get to see Cash. From what I can see of him he doesn't look a whole lot like London.

Well I guess we can put the "Slash and Perla are divorcing" rumors to rest since this event is said to have happened on June 11th 2006. I wonder why London's not in the pic. Btw, it looks like Perla has really cut her hair quite a bit.

It's not like baby Cash can read but I'm one of those people who think that putting something like that on a baby is in poor taste. At my sister's baby shower a couple of years ago someone bought my nephew a onesy that said "I'm a cute little mother fucker". Well after the shower was over, that onesy went straight into the trash. My sister's like me. We don't think that stuff like that for a baby is either cute nor funny.

I don't think that she's let herself go. From what I can see she looks like she always has. On the one foot of hers that you can actually see her toenails are manicured. I think that some people probably say she let herself go because she's not as thin as people think she should be. I doubt if she'll ever fully let herself go as long as she's married to Slash. She's not stupid I'm sure and knows that he's always now and always will be exposed to a lot of beautiful women.

Thats for sure. a good friend of mine went to a VR concert and she said that she got "very personal" with slash!@ i didnt believe her but she had proof. which means even though rock stars are married. there really not married. once again, my friend said that this happened.

I personally think that all rock stars fool around some on the side. I guess it's because they're exposed to so many women and when their wives aren't with them on the road they just can't resist the temptation. But you have to remember that when all is said and done it's their wives or girlfriends that they go home to. Even though I think that there are very many fine rock stars and maybe I even have fantasies about what it would be like to hook up with one, I wouldn't be married to one for anything in the world. Imo they probably just do not make good husbands.

Seeing as how Perla is a former call girl/madam I'm pretty sure that she knows what to do in bed. And seeing how Slash is a self proclaimed sex addict I'm pretty sure he's great in the sack also. The more I look at the picture the less I think she is "fat" she may be carrying a bit of weight but her legs look good and I think I jumped the gun.. It's like mariah is nop paris hilton but that's why I think she's hot..

Slash for some reason never struck me as the type of guy who liked his women stick-thin. I remember reading an old interview where he was asked what kind of girls he likes, "Fat with big tits." :hihi: I think Perla usually looks real pretty when she's all dolled-up, not like that tupperware skank Duff married. Nice to see the two of them out in public together, effectively proving the divorce rumors wrong.

Also, I love that Slash does this kind of thing, playing with those kids for a good cause. He seems like such a good guy underneath all the rock star bullshit.

I don't ever recall seeing pics of Perla real skinny. All the ones that I've seen she looks about the same weight that she does in this recent pic. I don't really think that she's fat. Also, some people just never look the same after having kids.

Ok, I've been reading some of the above posts, and I can't stand it anymore.  I have to put in my 2 cents worth. There's been all this speculation as to where Perla's been and why she no longer appears with Slash so much anymore.  I can't speak for her, obviously, but with all the negative comments being made about her weight & her looks, etc., all the time on these forums, it's no wonder she isn't out in public & photographed that much!   Think about it.  She's "let herself go"?  I don't think so.  And she's much slimmer now than she was just after her 2nd baby was born.  And anyway, who really cares?!?    Why must every topic & picture posted become a nitpicking thing over his hair, her weight, his weight, on and on...........  What kind of fans are we anyway?     ::)

well im not a perla fan. im a slash fan. last time i checked..perla wasnt in the band nor was she out on stage. so that comment can gooo away. and secondly i was just making a general observation about her weight. plus i have seen many rock wives who have had kids and they are in their 30's and look alot better. some ppl just dont feel the need to look good. thats there prerogative. but once again.im GLAD that slash got the award. ok..im done..for now! :-*

I think that Perla probably feels the need to look good because in all of the pics that I've seen of her she looks very well groomed and fixed up fat or not. Plus (and I'm not trying to give you a hard time or get in your business) you seem to really have a grudge against Perla for some reason like she's personally offended you. She's the person Slash chose to be his wife like it or not. I've read a lot of posts from Slash fans that actually met her and raved about how nice she was. And once again I feel the need to say that to me Perla's not really fat she's just not a petite woman.

nicole richie, olsen twins and fuckers like that aren't skinny they are unhealthy with drawn in faces... I don't think I've eevr met anyone who was overweight that was truly happy about it.. But I do like some meat in the right places,skin n bones is not exactly a fav of mine

You're right. This place is about Slash and being his fan and if you're really a fan of Slash it isn't cool to rag on his wife. I mean what if Slash himself really checks out this forum and see's the negative posts about his wife? I'm sure it wouldn't make him very happy. I mean he must really love her if he's married to her and if his "fans" talk shit about his wife's weight and the way she looks I'm sure he would be offended. I think people should just realize that he chose her and accept it.

Yeah I know what you mean. How does what his wife looks like have anything to do with the way he plays music? Besides, only he has to sleep with her so who cares as long as he's happy?
