Nobody's bailed in 2 years, and I don't see anyone jumping ship now... They all seem very happy.

Aside from Bucket, nobody has bailed for 4 years actually. I think these guys are in for good.

Impossible to say - we know so little about what goes on in GnR.

yes after creating 25+ songs with Axl and sticking since 1999 I am sure Finck will be fired first... Axl is just waiting for it  ::)

I don't see nobody leaving this line-up. They, to me, look like a band, more than any version of GN'R ever did.

The line-up from AFD, as Izzy tells, was very hard to cope with.

What, that he is the main contributor/creator of new GNR songs along with Axl? I don't know. Axl didn't tell me, but I just think so, you don't?

edit: if you think on 25+ I was thinking of recent Axl interview where he said they have 25+ songs ready or something...

Oh I see, you were estimating.

No one knows how many songs have been written and recorded in total (Axl was directly asked by Trunk but didnt comment), but Axl did say in the Trunk show that they currently have enough polished material for the first two albums (13 songs each) and half of the third (probably six or seven).

Out of those songs, who knows how much Robin Finck has contributed? Axl said that "Better" is a "Robin song" whatever that means, but so far we know virtually nothing of the creative process of CD.

id guess if anyone it would be Brain.  but i think the money is too good to walk away.  he's not BH.

Tommy to me seems the most likely at this stage

I believe that Tommy is an indispensible part of the band at the moment. Hes supposed to be the closest to Axl and its not hard to see why. Both navigated similar scenes during their old careers and probably have a lot in common as a result.

If Tommy left GnR would be in a whole lotta trouble.

If they did in fact, share common experiences, wouldnt that make it all the more plausible for Tommy not to put up with Axls difficult behaviour?

Well, with the salary those guys are rumoured to be on I think theyll have a high threshold.

What I was saying there is that Axl and Tommy are of a similar vintage and probably relate to each other well. Both have been in successful bands (not equally successful though) and now trying to make a new one work.

I cannot see anyone leaving this band anytime soon at all.. BUT if one person was to leave, i would say the most likely to leave would be Bumblefoot.

As for the topic, I don't get hy people think Tommy would leave ... Because he had a big fight a few weeks ago with Axl ? It takes more than that to leave something you're invested in since ... well since a long time for Tom.
