I think the title of the  thread  should be 2006, not 2005.  ;)

The audio on Axl's voice is horrible, it makes him sound like he is whining--it's not a clean feed.? Somewhere, we should be able to find a good recording??  Compare the Nightrain audio only to this.  It is carrying far more of his voice.  This is only picking up the high pitch tones.

Apparently, yes the audio mix is better but it doesn't include the new songs. Sorry, I haven't had time to check it out myself.

Oh my fuckin god Will and am not talkin about wmv broadcast but that 4 minute mpeg, jesus christ, everybody should see that, the broadcast does not do any justice (bad quality, i didnt have any idea that so many people were there, all those gnr shirts, cool stage and lights even the sound), fuck amazing crowd, all new tshirts (even from htgth) axl phenomenal, stage, sound, audience great... Will where did you get this mpeg 2, superb quality, now I only want the complete show in this quality (its pitty we'll have to wait for cd for irs and better) but fuck i am impressed... axl see you in milan, but now i consider flyin to the uk... i feel like a kid again... way to go axe man... now i know why all the reviewes and portugese people on the boards cant believe why some of you consider it a mediocre show (i guess the mix) just watch this clip and you will be in heaven... thanks Will!!!

This is what I'm talkin' about!  hopefully the whole show directly from the TV source will come soon...The audio does sound a bit better, but it is worth noting that the solo from Bumble still sounded pretty low...Still, it's much appreciated, and the best thus far, IMO

Hey i have heard that are are two sources of audio from this concert. One has Axl really high in the mix and low guitars, one has high guitars in the mix and you can hardly hear Axl. I know there are a lot of audiophiles out there. Is there any chance of getting these two sources put together. It could sound pretty good probably

That's frmo Joprodigy012 on thenewguns message boards replying to a thread that i believe you started. That's what gave me the idea for this. Also on the night of the broadcast, there were people saying all they could hear were guitars and not Axl, and there people saying all they could hear were Axl and no guitars. I just assumed there were 2 mixes of the concert for these reasons

The audio on WTTJ can't do much.. Both versions had no Bumblefoot sound. I actually don't think there's any kind of improvement on the mix, but only on the bitrate. I'm downloading Mr. Brownstone, so I'll be able to compare both versions better.

How the fuck do i play these. I use windows 98SE and i have a player but when i click on it it says, 'the loaction you selected cannot be opened'. But i can play avi files in that player. help

Ive tried vlc player too, didn't work, said it couldn't open a .dll file after it installed.
