Looks like some mor issues are put to one side for now!! This is what was on the Court's website. 05/22/2006 Order of Dismissal (WITHOUT PREJUDICE AS TO THE ENTIRE ACTION (SEE MINUTES DATED: 5/22/06) NOTICE IS WAIVED.) Filed by Court Without seeing the Order to Show Cause that was filed (and to be heard before the Court on May 22, 2006) I can't say what the motion was for. BUT, I can say that the fact that the action was dismissed WITHOUT PREJUDICE means that the matter can be refiled and/or restored to the Court's calendar.
