One of the songs is called "Down By The Ocean" or "Down By The Sea". Izzy said this in an 2001 interview for River.
I've also read somewhere that later on Axl called Izzy and asked him for the full copyrights of the song but Izzy wouldn't give them. Axl even went to court to get the rights but he didn't won.
