Here Today... Gone To Hell!

Just wanted to put this out there and see what you guys have to say. 9/23/06 LA 1st show of US Tour??? If so is the album coming out on the same day UYI 1 and 2 came out??? if the tour is kicking off in september then we will know about 2 or 3 months before about tickets. Look for a single to come out out in august??? wich could be BETTER seeing that it has been the song thats been played at all 4 shows and then some. And i would say look for 2 opening acts Baz's band being one of them and maybe A7X. Does this sound right to you guys?  :smoking:

I would have to pretty much agree. With a US show being confirmed for Sept., I think its safe to say the album will probably be out then. If not, then a single for sure. No way is he making the same exact 2002 mistake. With whats been going on recently, and with Axl saying "absolutely" when discussing a fall 2006 release, it seems he is taking it seriously this time.

If not September for CD, we will probably at least have the release date by then. Thats the dumbest thing I have ever seen anyone say.

the place the 9/23/06 show is taking place is the same place the 1983 US FEST happen at i think. If so van halen played in front of over 300.000 people on one of the nights. And if K-Rock is having other bands there if could be something very big.

while it would be a freaky coincidence for it to come out the same day as the UYIs did, I dont see it happening.

i think you'll get a release date by sept. with an october release---october seems to be from my expereince the big 'fall' release month.

inland invasion will probably be the kickoff to the US leg and the album release, IMO.

NickNasty: I agree 100%. UYI release day is on a sunday this year. CD will not come out on a sunday.

yeah thats right..hmmm maybe it will come out the tuesday before the concert

I'm thinking the album will be released right before the US tour starts, and that tour will be the official Chinese Democracy tour, which will include more if not all of the new songs on the setlist.
