So, I checked with Merck about this trying to clear things up. This is what he had to say:

"Please let everyone know that with the exception of Saturday when I received an email congratulating us on the 1st show I have not had an email from Razz since the 14th of April. Both were answered so his blog is a load of bollocks."

Can't you just drop this? The other topic got locked for a reason.

Stop giving this guy so much publicity. Cry me a fucking river, so he thinks he's a hero. If you shoot someone in the face once, but the second time you decide not to shoot someone, it doesn't make you a fucking hero.

ok i know this guy is trying to get some attention and traffic for his website...

but he did put up that clip, and it seems real..

so why is everybody trashing the guy?

I don't care about his site, radio and won't click on his ads.. but he seems to be the first to have the clip.. so why not listening to what he says?

I really have no clue what happened with him, but I did listen to his show and he stated before "The record label is calling me, telling me not to play these songs, sending me letters, but I'm still going too play these songs, etc.... "

He keeps trying to advertise that he is in contact with guns management and the record label, yet continues to advertise and play leaked songs.. which is really wierd. My guess is that he was talking out of his ass at first and just trying to get his site some publicity but he was finally contacted by someone and told to STOP... because he did have that new song "checkmate"... so maybe he got wasted and now wrote this elaborate story... maybe he'd rather have internet exposure than care about possible consequences for leaking songs on the internet...

It was not fake, its legit, i have heard the whole thing and its a different vocal track completely and it doesnt have BH on the track at all

I think its older. Freese is on drums and there is no bh. I like it better than the version we have not. I miss some of fincks licks but overall the backing synth is better.

I guess it's quite old then, 1999 or 2000 when BH was still not in the band, I think...
