She used to babysit Stephanie's son Dylan but stayed on when they broke up. Apparently Axl sees her like she is more like his mom. She was "upgraded" to personal assistant during his "hermit"years. She has to be a great woman to be taking care of him all these years and is obviously very important to Axl considering the Rock n' Rio show when he brougt her on stage.
