Title: Sound Check Post by: 1987 on May 14, 2006, 02:04:35 AM you can hear the sound check from outside in back of the building.. hamerstein is on 34th st... if you just walk down 35th st between 8th and 9th ave..you can hear it.. i forgot to mention this yesterday.. i got there in the middle of november rain.. they closed the metal sliding door in the middle of it.. but you could still hear it.. then that was it.. a few other people standing there said they heard Better too... this was around 8:00 maybe.. it was totally by accident.. just kinda walked into it on my way to get in line.. did anyone else hear it? i suggest to anyone going to the shows to check it out.. rather than waiting in line for hours.. also if you have mezz tickets.. don't even bother getting there early.. it was real easy to get a seat.. and its so small if your in the last row.. its pretty much the same.. someone else standing there said they saw axl go in.. i don't know how true that is.. there were less than 10 people hanging around out there. no one seemed to care that we were standing there.. so check it out.. like i said its better than waiting in line.
