Here Today... Gone To Hell!

Hey guys I know this is my first post and you'll probably all think I'm full of shit but I figured I had to share this craziness with real GnR fans. Ron Thal AKA Bumblefoot was my brothers Guitar teacher for 3 years in the early 90's. When he lived on Staten Island NY and I gotta tell you you will not be disappointed with Ron. He's a shredder and one cool mutherfucker. His brother Jeff also produced my brothers bands demo in 95 the year Ron recorded "The Adventures of BumbleFoot". Ron started out and this is no fucking joke creating music for Sega Genesis games and creating the music beds for MTV and CNN(both owned by CBS). We've known Ron for almost 15 yrs and could not be prouder that his made it this far. I promise you will love this guys work. He has the talent and a great character to contribute an awesome sound to GnR.

People were not very impressed by him last night, but c'mon, it was his first show and all.

Thanks for posting.  :beer: From what I heard this guy can ROCK! He just needs a bit of time I think, judging from the reviews I read. It was his first show with this band. Can you imagine that pressure? Give him a few warm/up shows and we?ll see how he does in Rio. I have faith in this guy!  : ok:

so we shouldn't read much into someone else's review or feelings about a certain member.
ron is a great guy and a great guitar player. he'll do just fine! : ok:

He doesnt hide his face and doesn't speak thru a hand puppet. That is a big plus!

Does everyone here know the guy personally or something? 

I liked his interview years back when he said Slash kicked ass.  Sounds like he doesn't have an ego.

Also sounds like he speaks the truth.
